I Ask for Consent
Everyone has different boundaries, and no one should ever feel pressured to do something that they’re uncomfortable with. We should all encourage open and honest communication and respect boundaries. Asking consent is a healthy, normal, and necessary part of everyday interactions.
Understanding Sexual Violence
Sexual violence happens in every community. In order to prevent sexual assault, we must be able to identify it. How we understand and talk about it matters. Sexual assault is any type of unwanted sexual contact and may include words and actions that are sexual in nature against a person’s will and without their consent. Without consent…it’s assault.
